"What is the use of a book," thought Alice, "without pictures or conversations?"

Internet Basics Classes

Thursday, February 23 at 6pm

This three-week workshop will teach you about the basics of using the internet. You’ll learn about browsers, search engines, and email. Katherine will show you the basics and take your questions. Although this class focuses on internet skills, a lot of what we will be discussing will give you a good foundation for using any aspect of a computer.

Space is limited – the library will provide laptops for the class. It’s recommended, but not necessary, that you sign up for all three classes. Stop by or call (401) 647-5133 to register.

If you are interested, but not sure you know enough about computers to participate, get in touch with Katherine. I’m available Monday-Thursday after 3pm.
