Bone Builders

Tuesday and Friday at 1:30, Saturday at 10:30

Bone Builders is an innovative exercise program based on collaborative work of international bestselling author Dr. Miriam Nelson and Tufts University, whose research has shown that moderate free-weight training preformed at least twice a week for six months can improve strength and balance, and increase energy levels, while significantly increasing bone density. This class meets three times a week in the North Scituate Public Library Meeting Room.
