Tales with Tails

Every Thursday at 11 am, come to the gazebo and listen to some great animal tales before lunch. Guest stars will include Agatha the cat and Miss Donna from Hope Public Library.

STEM Scavenger Hunt with Mobile Quest

The STEM Scavenger hunt will take participants to 6 different STEM stations. Each station will have a challenge related to the summer theme of Tails and Tales. This activity is ideal for families to compete together. Ages 5-12. Registration is required, please call or visit the library to sign up. The statewide Rhode Island Summer Reading Program is supported by the RI Office of Library and Information Services, with funds from the Institute of Museum and Library Services.

Story Walk with Hope Library

Tuesdays from 11am to noon for ages 3 1/2 - 5 During Story Hour we will: Read 1-3 books Sing/ dance to 1-3 interactive songs Participate in an activity with a felt board/props/puppets At the end of the program we will make a craft Story hour will help children build the skills they need to enter into school. Each week we will focus on letter recognition, comprehension, and engage in activities that will help build confidence, independence, social skills, &problem - solving skills.
