This service is an awesome way to find old records for your family, from vital records and census data, to more interesting ephemera like draft cards and high school yearbook photos. Take a look around and see what you can find!
Temporary Remote Access
Until September 2021, Ancestry has given us a way to give our patrons access from home.
- Call the library at 401-647-5133 or email us at scituatelibrary@gmail.com to get the password
- Head to the Remote access page: Ancestry Remote Access
- Put in the password
- Click that link
You won’t be able to save that link to your bookmarks, it has a referral code in it. Every time you use Ancestry from home, you’ll have to go from our remote access page.
