De-Funk Your Default Thoughts with Amanda Hallam

April 25 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

De-Funk Your Default Thoughts with Amanda Hallam!
Amanda is a holistic health and lifestyle coach who specializes in helping women shake off the burden of diet culture.
Most of us know that if you don’t have anything nice to say, you shouldn’t say anything at all. Why, then, do we let the voice inside our head say some of the most terrible, awful stuff??

The way you talk to yourself matters more than anything you do in a given day. No one else will ever have the impact on you that your own thoughts do. Soak that in for a second. You know it’s true. What would life look like for you if the internal voice was supportive and cheered you on?? If it told you that nothing was impossible because you are amazing and OF COURSE YOU CAN.

De-Funk Your Default Thoughts is a 2-hour interactive workshop that dives deep into the importance of positive self-talk, self-compassion, and raising your vibration. The intention is to help you rewire your brain and think more positively.

Join us if you want to experience the incredible things that can happen when you shift the way you think and speak to yourself!

Register today by calling the library or by emailing Hannah the Reference Librarian at hannah@scituatelibrary.org
