Identity Theft – What You Need to Know

April 12 @ 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm

April is Financial Literacy Month, a great time to improve the skills you need to make informed and effective decisions with your money. WE have a lot of great resources available at the library to learn about budgeting, insurance, and more.

We’re also hosting a series of virtual financial literacy workshops with Bryan Schmeling from Thrivent, as a supplement to Money Smart Week.

Tuesday, April 12 at 3:00pm, register for Identity Theft – What You Need to Know
You’ll learn how identity theft occurs and ways to help guard against it happening to you— along with steps to take if you do find yourself a victim.
  • Understand the methods fraudsters use.
  • Gain tips to help protect your personally identifiable information.
  • Learn how to help prevent others from falling victim.

This session is hosted by Bryan J Schmeling, FIC, RICPr, BFAe. No products will be sold.
