Wellness Craft Night

Chair Yoga

Chair yoga is a gentle and adapted Yoga practice where postures are performed while seated or with the aid of a chair. These classes will be opportunities to make movement, stretching, getting up and down to the floor, breathwork, as well as meditation more accessible for everyone. This is a great program for beginners and experienced Yoga students alike. All are welcome in this class. Please wear clothing you feel comfortable in and can move in.
